The Higher Institute for Cooperative and Administrative Studies was established in Minira on 10 October 1964 as a training center. It was later transformed into the Institute in 1968 under Decree No. 271 of 7 October 1968.
The Institute accepts the following certificates:
1 - Secondary secondary with its two divisions and the equivalent of Arab and foreign certificates.
2 - secondary commercial three-year system.
