Early Years Foundation Stage at Sahara International School follows the UK National Curriculum Framework, which believes that EVERY child deserves the best possible start in life and the support that enables them to fulfill their potential. Children develop quickly in the early years and a child’s experiences between birth and the age of five have a major impact on their future life chances. A secure, safe and happy childhood is important in its’ own right. Good parenting and high quality early learning together provide the foundation children need to make the most of their abilities and talents as they grow up.
At Sahara International School, we care to implement the four guiding principles that should shape practice in early years’ settings. These are:

EYFS curriculum at Sahara International School covers Literacy, Numeracy, Understanding the World, French and Arabic. In addition to other activities that are necessary to their development as Art & Design, Physical Development, ICT, Music and Character Building.
As well, based on Sahara’s vision, teachers at Sahara International School get professional training about Child’s psychology and classroom positive discipline periodically. They believe that kids perform better when they feel better.
